The FT-252E @0W3K2 is a compact, submersible (IPX5) high-performance FM notebook that provides up to five watts of RF power and multiple practical functions for band operations for 2-meter band fans (VHF).
Additional features include a cut-off timer (TOT), automatic disconnection (APO), automatic repeater scrolling (ARS), @0F4T0's unique automatic transponder (ATS) system, which beeps at the user as they leave the range of communications with another ATS-equipped station, and an RF muffler circuit that allows the muffler to be adjusted to open at a programmed setting of the S indicator, thereby reducing guesswork on the muffler threshold setting.
This equipment cannot be used with earpieces or micro speakers
