DUAL-band DMR ANYTONE AT-D578UVPRO
The Anytone AT-D578UV plus is the European version of the transceiver for digital DMR radio systems, compatible with MOTOTRBO Tier 1 and 2. Naturally, traditional FM is also supported.
In contrast to many other DMR radios, the AT-D578UV plus offers real VFO operations, making it much more suitable for amateur radio. You can adjust the frequency and other parameters in the same way as traditional radios, instead of using only pre-programmed memories.
It also offers memories, about 4000 to be precise. But you're not limited to those memory channels.
Another difference from other DMR radios is the ability to modify most (unfortunately not all) parameters of the transceiver.
This is useful because you don't need to connect a computer for every change in conguration. Without
however, to actually access and modify all the congurations, you need the software to
CPS programming and a PC.
In addition to features known as APRS in FM, digital roaming and the new Bluetooth option, the
AT-D578UV-Plus now offers the ability to receive DMR and an analog channel at the same time.
Of course, you can also receive two analog channels simultaneously.
For ease of conguration, each of the two bands has its own volume control, which is assigned to one VFO each.
The transmission power can be set to four levels, max. The power is 50 watts in
2m VHF and 45 watts in 70cm UHF.
The set of additional features is very extensive. Up to 4000 channels can be stored
(digital and analog, mixed operation is also possible); 10000 can be congured
conversation groups and memory saves up to 200,000 digital contacts. In this way, the basis
DMR user data around the world can be stored on the device.
In analog mode, functions such as DTMF, CTCSS, and DCS are supported, as well as co-editing with
two-tone, five-tone signals. A 1750 Hz tone burst is also available.
A total of 10 buttons can be assigned individually on the radio and microphone, allowing
users to make sure their own personal preferences. The brightness of the 1.77" color screen and the
Backlit keys on the unit and microphone can be adjusted in several stages. This ensures that
ideal readability even in sunlight and glare-free operation while
drives in the dark.
The roaming function of the AT-D578UV is independent of the position of the device. The verica system
if a repeater can be accessed from a pre-dented list and automatically configures it if it is
Necessary. The roaming trigger can be a manual start, or information that the
established repeater is or is not accessible. Roaming channels can be divided into zones, similar to
conventional channels, which correspond, for example, to geográque regions.
Another feature to note is the possibility to store multiple DMR IDs. Therefore, it would be
conceivable to use the device in both a professional company radio environment and
subsequently with a different identification in radio.
